This is what I think about at brunch.

I could eat potatoes forever. Add salt and some oil and they're delicious, onion and pepper, and they're sublime. Even cafeteria potatoes! Ahh, so good. (If not good for me.)

However, I have nothing but scorn for cafeteria eggs. Watery travesties of chicken fetuses! I'd probably go vegan if those were the only eggs I could ever have. What has Aramark done to the poor egg? We're in Pennsylvania-- we're #5 in egg-laying chickens in the country. Why can't they go buy real eggs from the Amish?

And we could use the eggshells for organic fertilizer! And sell it back to farmers, who will grow organic chicken feed, to raise more eggs...
